ABOUT flex farmer

I have grown up working on farms for most of my childhood, helping wherever I was needed. As a city boy from Melbourne it taught me the value of hard work, reliability, and the power of a good community. Over time, I also saw a problem that almost every farmer faces: finding the right help quickly, especially for short-term or casual jobs.
The agricultural industry in Australia relies heavily on seasonal labour and backpacker workforces, yet farms still struggle to find skilled, trustworthy people when the work needs doing. At the same time, there are plenty of locals with genuine experience who want flexible, hands-on work but don’t know where to find it.
FlexFarmer was built to bridge that gap.
Our platform connects farmers with reliable, verified workers in their area. People who know what they’re doing, and who can turn up when needed. Whether it’s fencing, harvest, stock work, machinery, or general labour, FlexFarmer makes it simple to find the right person at the right time.
This isn’t just a hiring tool. It’s a way to support local communities, create better opportunities for skilled workers, and help farms keep moving with confidence.
FlexFarmer exists to make rural work easier, faster, and more reliable for everyone involved.
